We Will Always Communicate โ€” Before the Weather Does

If weather threatens your scheduled service, you will hear from us first. We do not show up to a job we cannot safely complete, and we do not leave you waiting without an explanation. Our goal is to give you as much advance notice as possible so you can plan accordingly. When we reschedule, we work around your availability โ€” not just ours.

Our Weather Reschedule Process

Weather Monitoring

We monitor the National Weather Service and local Houston forecasts 24โ€“48 hours before every scheduled job. We don't wait for the day of.

Early Client Notification

If weather is a concern, we contact you by phone or text as early as possible โ€” ideally the evening before or first thing the morning of your appointment.

Reschedule Options Offered

We present you with available reschedule dates that work for your schedule. We never just push you to the back of the line without discussion.

Confirmation Sent

Once a new date is agreed upon, we confirm it in writing via text or email. You'll have a clear record of your rescheduled appointment.

Priority Placement

Weather-rescheduled clients receive priority placement on the new schedule. Your spot moves forward โ€” not to the end of a waitlist.

Job Completed

When conditions are right, we show up as promised and complete your service to the same standard as originally expected. No excuses, no shortcuts.

Keep Your Contact Information Current

Weather notifications are time-sensitive. Please make sure the phone number and email you booked with are active and monitored. If we can't reach you, we cannot guarantee your appointment slot will be held.

Respond Promptly to Reschedule Requests

When we reach out about a weather delay, a quick response helps us keep the schedule moving for all clients. We aim to be flexible โ€” we just ask for the same in return.

Event Rental Clients โ€” Monitor Conditions Yourself Too

For outdoor events, we strongly encourage clients to check the forecast leading up to the event date. If you see severe weather in the outlook, contact us early so we can discuss options before the day of your event.

Do Not Ask Crew to Work in Unsafe Conditions

For the safety of our team, we will never send or keep crew on a job site in dangerous weather โ€” regardless of pressure to finish. We appreciate your understanding that this policy protects everyone, including you and your property.

Deposits & Payments

Deposit & Refund Policy for Weather Cancellations

โ˜๏ธ Weather Reschedule by JCE LLC

If we initiate a reschedule due to weather, your deposit is fully held and applied to your new appointment. No penalties, no fees, no re-booking charges. You keep your place as a client in good standing.

๐Ÿ™‹ Client-Initiated Weather Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your appointment due to weather concerns, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits may be applied to a future booking within 60 days. Last-minute cancellations under 24 hours may be subject to a partial hold.

๐ŸŒ€ Named Storm / Declared Emergency

In the event of a named tropical storm, hurricane, or official emergency declaration for Harris County or Houston, all deposits are fully protected and applied to rebooking with no time limit. Your money is safe โ€” always.

Print and apparel orders are not weather-dependent and are unaffected by this policy. Once production begins, standard order terms apply. Weather does not delay or cancel digital or print orders.
