Service-Specific Safety Practices
Lawn Care & Pressure Washing
Jules Lawn and Pressure Washing β DBA of JCE LLC- Clients and pets should remain indoors or clear of the work zone during active service
- We mark or avoid utility covers, irrigation heads, and exterior fixtures before starting
- Pressure washing chemicals are commercial-grade; proper containment protects your landscaping
- All operators wear PPE β eye protection, ear protection, and non-slip footwear
- Power equipment is fully shut down before any adjustments are made
- We notify you of any pre-existing property damage we observe before beginning work
Junk Removal
Residential & Commercial Haul-Away Services- Please disclose any hazardous materials β chemicals, paint, asbestos β before booking
- We do not transport regulated hazardous waste; we will refer you to proper disposal resources
- Keep children and pets away from all loading areas during service
- Heavy lifting is handled by our trained crew β please do not attempt to assist
- Walkways and driveways are kept clear and safe during haul-out
- All loads are properly secured before transport to protect other drivers on the road
Light Construction & Build Services
Jules Built Solutions β DBA of JCE LLC- All applicable permits are obtained before structural work begins
- Active construction zones are roped off and marked β no unauthorized entry
- We follow OSHA general industry guidelines for jobsite safety on every project
- Electrical work is performed with circuits de-energized and properly locked out
- Crew members wear hard hats, work gloves, and safety glasses as required per task
- Subcontractors must agree to our safety standards before stepping on site
Custom Printing & Apparel
DTF, UV DTF, Embroidery & Branded Merchandise- All printing inks, adhesives, and transfer materials meet commercial safety standards
- Heat-press and UV curing equipment is operated only by trained personnel
- Finished garments and print products are safe for general consumer handling and wear
- Embroidery and cutting equipment guards are inspected before every production run
- We do not print content that violates safety, legal, or ethical standards
Event Rentals
Party Zone Time & Jules Slumber Party TeePee Sub-Brands- All rental equipment is inspected and cleaned between every use
- Setup areas must be confirmed clear and level before installation begins
- Clients receive full safety and usage instructions at delivery
- Anchor points, stakes, or weights are used on all tent and canopy setups
- Weather conditions are monitored β we reserve the right to delay outdoor setup for safety
- Rentals require a designated responsible adult for supervision at all times
Property Management Services
Residential Property Oversight & Maintenance Coordination- All maintenance vendors are vetted for proper licensing and insurance
- Tenants receive proper written notice before any authorized property entry
- Safety hazards identified during inspections are documented and addressed promptly
- We comply with Texas Property Code standards for habitability and tenant rights
- Emergency repair situations are escalated and resolved within safe timelines
What to Expect During a Service Visit
Before We Arrive
Please ensure access to all service areas is clear and safe. Let us know in advance of any special conditions β pets, young children, fragile landscaping, structural concerns, or hazardous materials on the property.
During the Job
Our team will identify themselves upon arrival. We ask that clients and household members maintain a safe distance from active work zones. If you have questions or concerns mid-job, speak directly with the crew lead.
Prohibited Actions During Active Service
Please do not operate additional power equipment, vehicles, or machinery near our active work zone. Do not attempt to help lift, carry, or operate JCE LLC tools or equipment without explicit authorization from our crew lead.
For everyone's safety, pets should be secured indoors and children should stay away from any active work area β lawn equipment, pressure washing lines, and construction zones all pose real risks.
Severe weather may affect our schedule for outdoor services. We will contact you as early as possible if we need to reschedule for safety. We never rush a job in unsafe conditions.
Our team may photograph job sites before and after work for quality control and insurance purposes. All images are handled professionally and confidentially.
Only authorized JCE LLC personnel and approved subcontractors will be on your property during a job. If you feel uncertain about who is on site, call our office immediately.
Incident Reporting Process
Accidents are rare, but if one occurs we act fast and honestly. Here's how we handle it:
Stop & Secure
Work is immediately halted. The affected area is secured to prevent further risk to any person or property.
Attend to People First
If anyone is injured, we call 911 immediately. No property concern outweighs a person's health and safety β ever.
Notify the Client
You are informed directly and honestly about what happened, what was affected, and what our next steps are.
Document Everything
Our crew lead documents the incident with photos, written notes, and a timeline. Full transparency from the start.
File a Report
A formal incident report is submitted internally and to our insurance carrier within 24 hours of the event.
Resolution & Follow-Up
We follow up with you until the matter is fully resolved. We stand behind our work and make things right.
