Event Booking FAQ
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 2β3 weeks in advance for most events, and 4β6 weeks for larger or more complex celebrations like weddings, quinceaΓ±eras, or corporate events. For rush bookings, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I do a consultation virtually?
Absolutely. We are a mobile and online business. We offer free consultations via Zoom or FaceTime to go over every detail of your event β no need to travel anywhere. Just call or email us to schedule.
Do you deliver and set up everything?
Yes. For all rental and dΓ©cor services, our team handles delivery, setup, and breakdown. You focus on celebrating β we handle everything else. Delivery is included within our service radius and a flat fee applies beyond that.
Can you mix and match services from different categories?
That's one of our biggest strengths. Because JCE LLC offers everything under one company, you can combine custom printing, bounce houses, balloon dΓ©cor, cakes, and backdrops all from one vendor. One call, one team, one seamless experience.
Do you serve events outside of Houston?
On-site event services cover Greater Houston and surrounding areas within approximately 25 miles. For custom printing and apparel orders tied to events, we ship nationwide. Contact us for larger events outside the metro area β we consider all requests.
What if my theme is very specific or unusual?
Bring it on. Our motto is "You Imagine It, We Can Create It" β and we mean it. Unusual themes are our favorite projects. The more specific and creative, the better the result. We love a challenge.
