Roles We Are Hiring For
We have multiple service divisions and roles available at every skill level. Select the role that fits you best when you apply.
Loading, unloading, moving, setup and teardown for events and deliveries. No experience required. Pay starts at $13–$16/hr.
Mowing, edging, blowing, and pressure washing residential and commercial properties. Training provided. Pay starts at $14–$18/hr.
Delivery, setup, operation, cleanup of bounce houses and event inflatables. Driver's license preferred. Pay starts at $14–$17/hr.
Balloon installations, table and linen setups, tent assembly, and breakdown. Creative and detail-oriented people thrive here. Pay starts at $13–$16/hr.
DTF/UV DTF transfer production, heat press operation, order fulfillment and quality control. Training provided. Pay starts at $14–$17/hr.
Local deliveries across the Houston area. Valid Texas driver's license and clean record required. Pay starts at $15–$19/hr.
Answering inquiries, processing orders, following up with customers. Must have a phone and be responsive. Pay starts at $13–$16/hr.
Content creation, posting, engagement for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok. Must have phone and creativity. Flexible hours. Negotiable pay.

The WOTC is a federal tax credit program that benefits both employees and employers. When Jules Custom Enterprise LLC hires individuals from qualifying groups — including returning citizens, veterans, and people receiving government assistance — the company may receive a federal tax credit of $2,400 to $9,600 per qualifying hire. This allows us to continue hiring from these groups and growing our team.

Required forms: IRS Form 8850 (Pre-Screening Notice) and ETA Form 9061 (Individual Characteristics Form) — must be completed on or before your date of hire. Links to official forms are provided below.
