Jules Custom Enterprise LLC provides multi-service solutions including but not limited to:

- Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer printing

- Bounce house and party equipment rentals
- Custom banners, yard signs, and backdrops

Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance by Jules Custom Enterprise LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed before order processing begins.
- Payment terms will be specified for each individual order
- Deposits may be required for large or custom orders
- Final payment is due before order completion and delivery
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated during order placement
- For event and rental bookings, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
- Remaining balance for event services is due 5 days prior to the event date
Custom orders require detailed specifications and may require design approval before production begins. Once production has started on a custom order, changes may not be possible and refunds will not be issued.
Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, designs, images, or content provided for custom work. Jules Custom Enterprise LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement claims related to customer-provided materials.
Any original designs created by Jules Custom Enterprise LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to production.
Production & Delivery
Production timelines will be provided with each order confirmation. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and current workload. Rush orders may be available — contact us to inquire.
Delivery methods and costs will be determined based on order specifications and customer location. For rental and event services, a travel fee applies for locations beyond 25 miles from Houston TX 77028.
Jules Custom Enterprise LLC is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier issues, equipment failures, or other unforeseen events.
Quality Assurance & Returns
We maintain high quality standards for all products and services. Any quality concerns should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or documentation.
Due to the personalized nature of our services, custom items are generally non-returnable unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship caused by our error.
We will repair or replace defective items at no charge when the defect is due to our error or material failure and is reported within the 48-hour window following delivery.
Liability Limitations
Jules Custom Enterprise LLC's liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate specifications, designs, sizes, quantities, and contact information. Jules Custom Enterprise LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate customer-provided information.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before production begins. Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes cannot be made and no refund will be issued.
Customers warrant and represent that they have the full legal right to use all content, logos, images, and designs provided for custom work and that such use does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
Privacy Policy
We respect customer privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will not share, sell, or distribute personal information to third parties except as necessary to complete your order, process payments, coordinate delivery, or as required by applicable law. Customer information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing customer service.
Event Planning & Rental Services
For event planning, party rental, and related services, the following additional terms apply:
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date
- The remaining balance is due in full 5 to 6 days prior to the event date depending on the specific service
- Cancellations made after the retainer is paid will forfeit the retainer amount
- A travel fee applies for event locations beyond 25 miles from Houston TX 77028
- Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space and access at the event location
- Jules Custom Enterprise LLC is not responsible for damage caused to rental equipment by guests or third parties
- All rental equipment must be available for pickup at the agreed time following the event
- Catering guidelines and food safety compliance are the responsibility of the customer
- Coordination with third-party vendors is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed
Modifications to Terms
Jules Custom Enterprise LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website at www.julesmultiservice.com with the revised effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage all parties to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable state and federal laws governing businesses operating in Houston, Texas.
Severability
