Customer Responsibility and Corrections
Important: Please review all information carefully before approving final design.**
By placing an order with Jules Custom Enterprise LLC, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Proof Review and Approval
- Customers will receive a digital proof for review and approval before printing
- It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly review all text, dates, names, photos, and layout details
- Customer approval of the proof constitutes acceptance of all content as accurate and complete
- Jules Custom Enterprise LLC is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof
Customer Error Corrections
- Any corrections, changes, or reprints required due to customer errors after proof approval will incur additional charges
- Additional fees cover the cost of paper, ink, and production time for reprinting
- Customer errors include but are not limited to: incorrect dates, misspelled names, wrong photos, missing information, or layout changes after approval
- Correction fees will be communicated before any additional work begins
Quality Assurance
- Jules Custom Enterprise LLC guarantees quality printing and will reprint at no charge for any production errors on our part
- We encourage customers to take time reviewing proofs to ensure accuracy and avoid additional costs
